Dr Matipon is a theoretical astrophysicist who leads national and regional astronomy education efforts in Thailand. As Chair of the National Astronomy Education Coordinator (NAEC) team for Thailand and part of the Outreach Team at the National Astronomical Research Insitute of Thailand (NARIT), he works with a dedicated outreach team and coordinates programmes that support teachers, students, and public engagement in astronomy across the country and brings hands-on astronomy experiences to learners of all ages.
